3rd Annual “OPERATION SHORTY” Ride
FEB 17 2012
Towbin Center- Fort Roots
North Little Rock AR
Benefiting in-patient and out-patient
veterans
ALL RIDING ORGANIZATIONS, VETERANS ORGANIZATIONS, AND PATRIOTIC
GROUPS ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE!

Patriots and friends, it’s time once again to remember our beloved PGR brother
and WWII veteran Herman “Shorty” Hagerman in a way we know he would
greatly appreciate. This event has been very successful in the past and this
year will be even better! I’d like to add Big Bob Armstrong, a wonderful veteran
and friend, and Wanda Dawson, a beautiful patriot and caregiver to veterans, to
those we will remember this year as we pay tribute to our veterans who are
hospitalized and battling illness, pain, and loneliness.
We will ride up and visit the vets and bring them some much needed daily
essentials to make their stay a little more comfortable.

THE ARKANSAS INLAND MARITIME MUSEUM (USS RAZORBACK SS 394)
LOCATED ON THE NORTH LITTLE ROCK SIDE OF ARKANSAS RIVER will again
serve as a drop off location from now until the day of the ride. (THANK YOU
AIMM STAFF AND THE SUB VETERANS OF USS RAZORBACK BASE!)
