This is to let everyone know that we have received enough
affirmative responses to go ahead with plans for the
Submarine Birthday Dinner. We have reserved the Terrazzo
Dining Hall at the Historic 1929 Hotel Seville in downtown
Harrison. The hotel has also agreed to give us a 20%
discount on rooms for this event, so we have reserved a
block of 17 rooms, 5 King Suites and 12 Historic Queen
rooms, with the option to add more if needed.

Rooms
Contact the hotel at 870-741-2321 to make reservations. When
making your reservation, request the (Submarine Veterans
Rate) to receive the discount. The Queen rooms will be
$59.25 plus taxes and the King Suites will be $81.75 plus
taxes. If you think you will be attending, please reserve your
room early so we will know if we need to add more rooms to
ensure everyone is able to stay at the hotel. The discounted
room rate also applies to Friday if you choose to stay for the
weekend.

Dinner and Socializing 1800 to 2200 $14.00
For dinner you have a choice of either Lemon Pepper
Chicken with Red Skinned Mashed Potatoes and Honey Dill
Carrots, or Beef Brisket with Twice Baked Potatoes and
Green Beans. Dinner will include a Dinner Salad, Rolls,
Dessert, Coffee and Tea.

We will have a Cash Bar in the room, and there is also a bar
in the hotel.
